This is Smalltown now! There are a lot of big shops. There is a big supermarket, a cinema and a museum. There is a hospital in Smalltown now. There are a lot of cars in the streets. It's a noisy town now!
This was Smalltown fifty years ago! There wasn't a supermarket, but there was a butcher's, a baker's and a greengrocer's. There was a library then, but there weren't many cars! It was a quiet town then.
