Instructions.

Pair up participants.

Each participant takes turns asking and answering questions about what they had done before a particular past event.

Encourage participants to use both Past Perfect and Past Simple tenses appropriately in their responses.

Monitor the conversations and provide feedback on the correct usage of the tenses.

Example Dialogue:

A: "What had you done before Mum came home yesterday?"

B: "Before Mum came home, I had finished my homework and cleaned my room".
